Call to Order: Benilde called meeting to order at 7:38 p.m.

Minutes of May 27, 2006 meeting: Penny motioned to accept minutes of the previous meeting, Gabe seconded and motion carried.
Treasurer’s Report: Tabled to next meeting - Barry Cunningham, Treasurer called in to work.
Elections for executives of the Northwest B.C. Area Council:
- Mike informed members of his job transfer to Campbell River and resigned as Vice President of the council.
- Mike put a motion on the floor to append the elections to the next meeting to give membership unable to attend this meeting, an opportunity to attend and participate in the election of executives.
- Motion was seconded by Gabe and carried.
- Penny nominated Sean as temporary Vice President until the elections at next meeting. Sean accepted. Gabe seconded motion and it was carried.
Education: Discussion held on putting forth recommendations for future training and dates.
Next meeting: December 2, 2006 at 1:00 p.m., Carpenters Hall in Terrace
