Wendy/Sigrid M/S to have the SDLAC pay for the food for this meeting but not the drinks - carried. $110.60
Hilde/Donna M/S to accept the previous minutes - carried
Terry mentioned that Hilde Sellmeyer and Parveen Deepak were the only two members who applied for the Union School registration to be paid by the Area Council. Hilde gave a verbal report.
Terry mentioned that the seniors centre has not billed the AC for the room rental yet. She will follow up on this when we book for our next meeting.
Dale reported that four people got the postcards (re: violence against women) to their MP’s back due to how the address was positioned.
It was decided that the next AC will be on Tuesday, March 13, 2007.
