Kay Sinclair : Regional Executive Vice President, BC
Kay Sinclair is the PSAC’s Regional Executive Vice-President for British Columbia . She was elected as the Alternate Regional Executive Vice-President for BC in January 2006 and subsequently became REVP when Patty Ducharme was elected National Vice-President at the PSAC Triennial Convention in May 2006.
Dellie Lidyard : Assistant to the REVP
Dellie began working as Patty Ducharme’s assistant in November of 2005 and continues to work for Kay. She has been in the Public Service for 26 years and a union activist for as many. She was part of the original Budget Busters and participated in a lot of effective campaigns, demonstrations and occupations. She has also been very active in Health & Safety and was a long time member of the BC Regional Union Health and Safety (the Brush ) Committee. She served as Regional Vice President for USGE and was re-elected for three consecutive terms. Her experience and her knowledge and understanding of the issues will assist her greatly in her new role.
